Thank you for signing up to the Law Society of Ireland’s free TY Law Module. The purpose of this programme is to provide you with an insight into the different aspects of being a solicitor.
What to expect
Today, we are giving you access to the first two weeks of videos. Week 1 explores becoming a solicitor and week 2 lets you learn about the law – specifically Criminal Law. We have chosen the most interesting videos from our Library and shared these with you. All our speakers have volunteered their time and we hope you enjoy hearing from them. There is approx. 2.5 hours of videos and if you are enjoying the topics we have included some additional reading material.
You will have access to these until April 2026.

On your screen you will see a box saying Welcome to the Hub
Click on the tab called All Other Users Click to login
The Welcome box will expand and at the bottom of this you will see a new tab called access as guest
Click on access as guest
A new page opens called Transition Year Law 2026
Click on the tab click to enter this course
A new page will open called Enrolment. At the bottom there will be a box asking for a password
The password is tyl2026 (all lower case)
Hit submit!
