This week Candido Taboada Areán delivered a presentation about the work he has been doing and his personal experience of living in West Cork. He also gave Information on and showed the TY Students the steps that they should take in order to participate in and benefit from the European Voluntary Service.

Cándido and Sofia Jiménez Baigorri, both Spanish volunteers, came to SCS to work with the School Completion Programme this year. They helped many students with homework etc. and Cándido also ran the Chess Club at Lunch time. As part of their work they also helped the Spanish Department.
