Pictured here are staff and students receiving their gluten free treat on Coeliac Awareness day. The annual Coeliac Awareness Week was held this week. All coeliacs in SCS received a treat on their way home from school. Coeliac disease effects an estimated one in every 100 people in Ireland. The theme of this year's week is “Faces of Coeliac Disease”. Thanks to Ms. Michelle O’Brien and Ms. Orla O’Sullivan for organising.
